  • PLEASE MAKE HAIR APPOINTMENTS ONCE YOU ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAIR ARRIVES AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • THIS DOES NOT WARRANT A REFUND

 

Shipping Methods:

  • Parcels are shipped USPS Priority

  • We do not offer expedited shipping

 

Domestic Shipping (within [Your Country]):

  • AFTER PROCESSING,Orders shipped domestically usually arrive within 1-4 business days after shipment, depending on the selected shipping method and the destination.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED:

BNB is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and marked as delivered by the postal service. All orders come with $50 insurance (USPS) . In the event that you do not have possession of your delivered item, please inform us and open a claim with the shipping carrier - we will open a claim as well. If the claim is awarded in our favor, the insured amount can be provided to you as a refund or a credit towards your next order.

RETURND/EXCHNAGE: 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges of hair. Please be sure if the length ans texture you would like to purchase before checking out.
